My first ever contour kit was the Sleek powder contour palette which I used religiously, so I am so excited about this new launch. Since their
previous contour kit, contouring has really taken off in the beauty industry,
but it can still be hard to find an affordable cream contour palette in the UK.
When you’re new to contouring, or simply not willing to fork out your
hard-earned money, an affordable palette is always popular.
To my delight, the Sleek Cream Contour palettes did not
disappoint – they contain six shades, with three different palettes for
different skin tones (light, medium and dark). The palette is impressively
sturdy and the product itself is well pigmented with a creamy, blendable
consistency. The palettes also come with a little leaflet which explains
exactly how to use the set – which is extremely helpful!
I have been using the light palette recently, but (hopefully)
will be using the medium palette during the summer months.
I tend to contour using various brushes and blend using my beauty
blender sponges, but during the launch we watched demonstrations of the
palettes being applied using beauty blenders only. It works perfectly and is
really easy to do, so pick up a beauty blender for a flawless finish!
The Sleek Cream Contour palettes launch in drugstores nationwide
on the 6th April.
